Character profile
Description: When havened and meeting with his own, he is closely resembles a humanoid rat. beady solid black eyes, his mouth and nose are slightly extended giving the impression of a muzzle, whiskers protruded from his face, his hands and feet have pointy claw like nails, his ears are pointed and a fine gray fur appears in patches over his body, it is from these looks that he has earned the moniker "Da Rat." Almost always he wears a pin striped suit made by a pricey Italian label, a Rolex on his wrist, and expensive shoes on his feet. This changes to a dressed down pair of khakis and a turtleneck with hushpuppies when he has to make a trip into the sewers. When meeting with his ghouls or going out among the mortals he wears a mask of 1000 faces to appear as a non descript Italian man in his early 40's. His ghouls know his true looks but he spares them the sight on most occasions unless there is a mixed meeting of the entire brood, where then the ghouls then are treated to all the horrific sights of the assembled Nosferatu.
What makes him "tick": His basic views on life are that you should strive to gain what you can and that you are only held back when you let your emotions sway you from what you truly know is best. Utilitarian but polite and quiet, he fits quite nicely within the basic stereotype of the Nosferatu with perhaps less sense of humor over the gross out factor that his kind sometimes seem to revel in. He has been involved in organized crime for the better part of his life and this models how he thinks of his brood. He treats his childer with respect but also expects them to do their job within the family. He thinks of himself as the don, the godfather and his childer and retainers are the key pieces of his crime empire that he has built over the last forty-two years. He doesn't make people on the inner circle kiss his ring or give him any special deference, but when he speaks he expects to be listened to, and when he makes his will known he knows that he will get immediate results.

da Family
Mickey has created a large criminal enterprise over the years and now sits as its godfather. His ghoul servants carry out the face work within the mortal world as his childer continue to build up the strength of the family from the shadows.
Ghouls:
The consigliore: Michael Moyera- he is the lawyer and accountant that keeps the books for the crew and represents the crew legally. Mostly, he handles politics and pay offs for my Nosferatu gang.
The bodyguard: Salvatore "Whispers" Cansimilla- His throat was slit in punishment for not killing a target, he lived, but his vocal chords were severed making him mute. Instead of becoming enraged at the loss, he had a conversion experience and believes that his life is now meant only to fulfill the word of his boss. he has re dedicated his life to service and is something of a legend in the underworld.
The bodyguard: Bruno "Meat Hook" Manfreddi- Grew up in the mob structure, has respect but really only wants to beat people to pulps, he's good at it too. He puts on the loyalty routine, but his real pleasure lies in kicking out peoples teeth and dropping bodies in the river.
The under boss: Tony "bookends" Moreno- He's a made man with a crew all his own, but he has the added advantage of working for the Nosferatu. He sees it as a mutually beneficial relationship and it has worked well in the structure of mob hierarchy and secrecy.
Childer:
The Street Gang leader: Ronald "Ugly Roy" Jones was a gang banger that was embraced in the early 90's for his ability to handle street level affairs. The embrace opened his eyes to life beyond gang membership and now he is quite repentant of his former life, but he is still expected to run aspects of the family business. The conflict of what is familiar by way of the streets and his new perspective pulls on him, but for now he is content to handle his sire's business that isn't too dirty or time consuming while he explores the other avenues of life.
The Chop Shop operator: Mike Kresge a young street racer in the 50's, all hot rods and rockin bands. But, at the peak of his career, he was arrested for some "parts cars" he happened to have in his shop. The cops made him a deal, get wise and inform for them, or go to San Quentin on some trumped up drug and car theft charges. He made the hard choice, and choose prison. While in prison, however, he did end up doing some informing for the local screws, and found he was pretty damned good at it. One of the screws was a ghoul for Mickey. He was "invited" to join them for awhile, spying on rival car gangs, the local police, and keeping tabs on the anarchs for Mickey who was reporting the information to his bosses in the Camarilla. But, he was mangled in a freak car accident in the early 80's, and since his face was already destroyed and he had shown his loyalty and usefulness, Mickey got permission to embrace him and made him an offer he couldn't refuse, he became Mickey's childe in 1983.
The Hacker: Henna Snow was a digital artist, she worked with video and glamour magazines air brushing the imperfections of nature away here and adding little image enhancing highlights there. However she really wanted to be able to do her work upon herself in real life. Frumpy, dumpy, stumpy... It was hard to say anything nice about her appearance and the people that she worked with always made sure to point it out. Suffering from low self esteem issues Henna started to re dedicate herself to her work, learning more than she needed to know about computers, first to enhance her programming skills for her digital operations, and later to bring about a lucrative career as a hacker. She was drawn in innocently enough, finding support and a sense of community that depended less upon her looks and more upon her ability, she felt encouraged and almost loved. The better she could hack, the more she was respected and affirmed by her community. Finding her work satisfactory, and then realizing her motivations for doing it, Mickey was quick to pick her out and make her an offer she couldn't refuse. Work for him, abandon her already modest looks in exchange for real community and affirmation as a Nosferatu. Henna was embraced in 1997 and has put her considerable skill to work for the Machelli family ever since.
The construction company owner and politico: Robert Laurence Quinn always loved building things, since he was a little boy. He loved his lego's to death and made all sorts of things out of them. His parents were sure he would become an architect and build them their dream house. But as he progressed into High school, he preferred to hang out at the gym, and worked at construction yards instead of the finer architectural work. After school, he worked full time in the yards, building up a strong body. He slowly advanced to Supervisor, and when his parents died, they left him a sum of money, which he used to buy out the company. Then he had his own crew to work with. However times got a little tough for Rob and he needed help getting out of the hole, turning first to reputable creditors, and then to ones of ill repute when his liens of credit started drying up and his business was threatened by collectors. Getting involved with the Machelli family was the only alternative and from that point on Rob was owned. However, the mob connection didn't really phase Rob and he actually ended up working more and more directly for the family. After burying some bodies in the foundation of a building, Mickey decided that his time had come and that he was to be let in on the family secret. Embracing him on New Years eve of the year 2000, Rob has earned a place of respect in the Machelli family by his dedication and service to building not only physical structures, but the social connections needed to ensure their might.
